Mr. Johnson joined College Savings Bank in 1989 and served as chief operating officer,
chief financial officer, and chief compliance officer. In February 2007, Mr.
Johnson was promoted to chief executive officer.
From 1976 to 1989 Mr. Johnson was a Certified Public Accountant at the Chicago and New
York offices of Arthur Andersen & Co. He was the advisor to domestic and
foreign, commercial and investment banking institutions on the accounting ramifications
of new financial products, public and private securities offerings, mergers and
acquisitions, and financial techniques as well as financial reporting and
compliance.

Mr. Davenport joined College Savings Bank in 2005 and served as head of advertising
and marketing as well as Chief Marketing Officer.
From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Davenport was employed as an account director for The
Sawtooth Group; a top fifty advertising, marketing and public relations firm. From 1998
to 2002, he held several marketing positions at Cendant including public relations
manager and director of advertising and promotions. Prior to joining College Savings
Bank, from 2002 to 2005, he served as founder and general manager of a boutique
advertising agency in New Jersey.

Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co.

Ms. Green joined College Savings Bank in 1997 as a College Savings Bank Adviser and
became Sales Adviser and Customer Service Manager in 2007. Ms. Green, a long-time CSB
employee now acts as Assistant Vice President for College Savings Bank and manages the
Customer Service department.

Mr. Thielman joined College Savings Bank in 2007 and serves as the Institutional Sales
Manager. Mr. Thielman travels nationwide as a key sales associate for College Savings
Bank. Prior to his work with the Bank, Mr. Thielman was employed as Vice President for
Greystone Education Loan Funding from 2005-2007 and as Chief Deputy Security of State
for the State of Montana from 2001-2005. Mr. Thielman is a former Regent for the
Montana University System and congressional staffer.

Mr. Castetter's career spans 31 years in the financial services industry. He started in
1980 at American Fletcher National Bank (now Chase) as a retail banker. He began his
career in financial product wholesaling in 1987 with Kemper Financial Services. Mr.
Castetter has represented some of the largest financial institutions in the world,
including Citigroup, ING and Prudential. His most recent position was with Genworth
Financial. He holds several FINRA registrations, including the Series 7. His clientele
includes commercial banks, regional brokerage firms, independent financial planners,
and major wire houses. Mr. Castetter lives in southern Indiana and is responsible for
the Indiana CollegeChoice CD 529 Savings Plan.
